I entered the real estate field in 2008, and soon after surpassed the multi-million dollar transaction mark. I started Everard International Realty in 2013 because I wanted to create a company culture based on honesty, loyalty, and dedication to excellence. My passion is for helping my community, and I am proud to be a former member of the United States Navy. I have traveled the world and nothing makes me happier than helping others find their way home.

Andrew J. Laine
Andrew J. Laine comes from a long line of construction and real estate enthusiasts. Some of his first memories are of sitting at his father’s drafting table, watching blueprints come to life. His siblings are currently practicing electrical and civil engineering, so the family tradition is a strong one. Mr. Laine opened Everard International Realty in 2013 to fulfill a lifelong dream of operating an international company.
Mr. Laine has over 18 years experience in real estate, and has been licensed in the state of Florida since 2008. As a multimillion-dollar producer, Mr. Laine understands the intricacies of the industry and knows how to work successfully with buyers and sellers. Prior to entering the real estate field, Mr. Laine worked at a major wealth management firm as a Financial Advisor. With twelve years of active and reserve military service, Mr. Laine has the utmost respect for our Veterans and members of the Armed Forces. His last duty assignment was as an Aviation Warfare Specialist in Washington state. In an effort to support fellow military members, he implemented a Veterans’ Preference program for new applicants at Everard International Realty. While enlisted, he was also the proud recipient of the Navy and Marine Corp Achievement Medal.
Mr. Laine has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida, with a concentration in Finance and Investments. He is earning his Master of Business Administration degree from Tiffin University, with a concentration in International Business. During his collegiate experience at the University of North Florida, Mr. Laine completed a Leadership and Ethics program with top honors.
Mr. Laine is also an avid golfer and an ATP Tour rated tennis player. His most beloved pastime is flying and he earned his Commercial Pilot license and also qualified as a Certified Flight Instructor. When not in the office, he can be found in the skies over Northeast Florida piloting a Piper Seminole twin-engine aircraft, or serving the city of Jacksonville as a Firefighter/Paramedic for the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
Mr. Laine conveys the meaning of discipline and hard work in all of his ventures. He continually aspires to achieve superiority in every aspect of his business and personal life. Regularly giving to local non-profit agencies, his focus on excellence defines him as a businessman and a philanthropist.
